As user, with WP- ISPConfig plugin you can manage new account and client setup features of your ISPConfig Hosting Control Panel..
With WP- ISPConfig you can have WordPress installed on the same host, or in remote host, and add what every new client needs all-in-one click..
This means the Client, DNS, Domain, FTP, Domain and mailbox, all just with input and no complicated setup..
After add the client, the plugin shows you the operations results...
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress..

You must put user and password of ISPConfig and save before insert Client ...
To fix the problem the following argument needs to be added to the etc httpd conf httpd conf file ..
I added the above argument to the end of the httpd conf file, but it probably doesn't matter where you put it in the file...
