With major update from WordPress WordPress pushes new versions of default topic to you server.
Though the default topic are safe every line of unused code on server forms mips.
With this plugin Websites will not be bothered with the new plugins.
This plugin has only one short line of code so it will hardly effect page speed and it will litter WordPress with advertising..
