WS Custom Scrollbar plugin will enable change scrollbar badges where you can change edge length scroll speed length hide delay & other settings..
Go to your wp-admin > Settings > WS Custom Scrollbar Page and shift the options....
Upload folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
Change Option to Setting-> WS Custom Scrollbar Page.
At glance this plugin looks not hard to use I need to download it.
I customised the scrollbar and went to website to see the result which made me quite upset part website did not load..
Even after deactivating and deleting the plugin website is also broken with this script in the header.....
