The plugin for data connects with Weather API and amasss the data. conditions dangle temperature feels name temperature in Fahrenheit and Celsius degrees..
Country select country or the country for which you want to show the conditions..
City write the name of the state for which you want to show the terms.
You'll see the list of the stations for the City and will choose one of them..
2. go to Appearance -> Widgets and drop and drag the widget to your need widget area..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
I had one problem..right when install it is not possible to activate plugin from popup but i have to go to plugin page and activation works.. it would be nice to patched that and then i'll give you 5 stars....
