This plugin allows to create and configure web-app manifest issue manifest. json.
Web app manifests are of library of web system called web apps.
The purpose of the obvious is to install web system to the homescreen of system help users with faster access and privileged record.

Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins web-manifest directory or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress.
Use Settings->Web Manifest screen to configure the plugin...
