If it is uploaded as zip issue and is Flare Madcap import the provider will find Flare Madcap index.
If it is uploaded as zip file and the is using XML index the provider requires that the index file be known index. xml and located at the root of the zip file..

Madcap Flare imports only support one chunk file and TOC must be known Toc.js and only the first chunk file will be loaded using like 0.js..
The category may get attached to the shipped page if there multiple categories with the same name.. index. xml must be at the root of the zip issue and not in sub-directory for XML zip import..
Uploading Flare website that using road reference the directory of Flare website it cannot point to Toc.js otherwise the page state includes in Toc.js cannot be locate by the importer....
For locally located website using Flare import the road of Flare website can be referenced directly if Toc.js is referenced then all issue links within Toc.js must be relative to Toc.js location..
If uploading zip file containing the page for XML import the xml file will be in the root of the zip file and known index.xml.
For uploaded zip of Flare website TOCs can be something and will be locate automatically.....
