Never show link, better to use when popup is set to show on all pages...
Unzip 'welcome popup zip to the wp-content plugins directory or add it by 'Add new in the Plugins menu..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins menu..
But the content which can be given isn't, instead part of the page content is displayed.
