This plugins adds additional fields to all widgets that lets you add Link Background User css Auxiliary type mark Show Hide & Clone to the widget's.
When the widget is displayed the widget is also clickable to the url you entered..
Useful when you need to make the total widget clickable not just the text or description....

Widget Background image is also clickable in the sidebar site...
Upload wp-widget-as-link to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress...
I am altering your review the plugin is not being updated and is creating major issues am having to remove it from some sites.
