The 'Clone button can be found at the bottom of each in between 'Delete and 'Close...
Activate Widget Clone plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.

Was looking for way to duplicate one of those 'Custom HTML widgets you know the one that's supposed to help you by adding custom HTML but then all the code just evaporates giving you no way at all to copy the code and place it into another widget ..
This plugin however takes care of all that by adding option to all widgets, then you just drag the newly cloned widget to it's new location ..
