There is the widget part for static widgets but there is no. equivalent for specific widgets configured in Appearance > Widgets area..
Widget Instance plugin allows WordPress users of all intelligence to display. these widgets not inside of the sidebars they have been assigned to..
Upload widget-instance to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins menu in WordPress.
Within the director you can use Widget Instance button to select. from available widgets or enter shortcode following the syntax. ].
Optional If you will name to retain the sidebar format of the widget recheck Include Sidebar format checkbox.
This plugin has found me lot of work and has given me all the I was looking for time ago..

Added javascript loader patch for wordpress installs where wp-includes url is not in the root...
