With PRO version the widgets can be inserted with clicks-not-code using in the editor.
If using the editor use the Add Turbo Sidebar button to add the Shortcode into your post or page where you'd like it to appear...
Install the plugin from within the Dashboard or upload the directory widgets-on-pages and all its contents to the wp-content plugins directory.
Add the shortcut to the page or post in the place where you'd like your widgets to appear.
To add sidebar into theme you can add the following type of code to the PHP theme file..
If you bullet points images next to the widget titles when using this plugin use 'Enable Styling setting in the options page.

Adding menu to the main admin bar should be reserved for very important, vital plugins where the admin ends up spending most of their time managing such as membership or ecommerce plugin.
That the developer has the gall to add themselves to my admin bar for tiny little functional plugin like this, is unnerving.
