Description. Wise Forms is plugin for displaying and submitting forms in WordPress.
Drag and drop Configure fields and configuration of forms using drag-and-drop technique..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
Go to Wise Forms -> Forms and double-click Form Wizard.
Continue with the star and put the shortcode in your post or page..
Alternatively go to Wise Forms -> Forms and double-click +Add Form to create black form. Configure it and install from shortcode..
Alternatively create type and display it using the dedicated widget in Appearance -> Widgets.
Go to Appearance -> Widgets and add Wise Form widget to sidebar.
