Enable the plugin from the Plugins WordPress..
Role Purchasable submenu will appear Woocommerce menu, this is where you manage the settings..
Go to Woocommerce > Role Purchasable and select the roles or guests...
No customization options even for the declined message, nothing.
Add way to customize message for the decline purchase page and it will be perfect for me, that's all...
