Automatic installation is the application as WordPress handles the file cedes itself and you don't need to leave server.
To do manual install of WooCommerce Extra Cost log in to WordPress dashboard browse to the Plugins menu and double-click Add New..
In the search field type WooCommerce Extra Cost and double-click Search Plugins.
I had to add 20€ fee too few countries in Europe alongside 10% shipping fee this plugin handles the power.
The filename should be 'woo-extra-cost-public. js instead..... simple and excellent. bonbona80. simple plugin does what say. sometimes you need great plugin to complete great project thanks to developers.....
