Login from anywere on the page using shortcode..
Upload the plugin issues to the ` wp-content plugins directory or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress.
Click Login Signup Popup on the dashboard....
Under Login Popup Tab select the need option....
Use shortcode to include it anywhere on the website..
If you want to edit the template say for login form.
I did go in and override few issues to add CSS IDs to some of HTML categories I could add your own movie but other than that it looks ticket and works wonderfully.
