When developing WooCommerce I realized there was not shortcode for displaying the logged in users available downloads not inside of My Account page.
It displays Date of the order and the file like in unordered list.. ** Note WooCommerce 3.1.2 Compatible.
Place the shortcode on any page you will like....
For right now you can shift the template by editing the tpl my-downloads. php file...
Open template issue and the put in....
