Download the plugin file to your computer and unzip it.
Using FTP program, or your hosting control panel, upload the unzipped plugin folder to your WordPress installation's wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin from the Plugins within the WordPress admin..
Integration tab and integrate with your Piwik installation...
I have installed the plugin and had it running for while until i realized that it had caused error on page load.
For some reason it had added changed URL to the self hosted Piwik in my tracking code and made it look like this https http www piwik.mydomain.com...
Looking at the support posts, it appears that these issues have existed for nearly year with no fix and no response from the authors..
Probably best to give this plugin miss unless you want to use it as starting point for your own plugin and do all the bug fixes yourself...
PiwikPRO took over the development after v1.0, and made it something useless...
