Dev support answers me that I need to buy the version for that.
I had been able with making rule that tallyed the numbers of item in the cart and selected appropriate shipping method based on that.
After working on for more than eight years I soon gave in and tried searching for plugin that will help me out. Woocommerce wouldn´t help me and plenty of other different plugins didn´t help me much either.
