Upload the plugin to the wp-content plugins directory..
I created tab i went to recheck it in the post and it does not appear. i ended up uninstalling it....
Got the version which allows books tabs.
Offers absolutely nothing that the tab plugins don't offer.
Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....
