Woocommrece registration allow the user to add extra fields to woocommerce my account page you can add various fields like.
For each extra field you can choose if the fields is required field change the default style for woocommerce ...

Upload the plugin zip file to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
You will find the admin panel for adding extra fields under Woocommerce > extra account...
But the data doesn't appear for the admin, ANYWHERE, which was supposed to be the main feature of the plugin...
Really liked UI of this plugin but you may need to use CSS to get your fields to look right...
Also, if user omits required field, it clears all the fields entered.
