If you don't need to use SKUs at in your shop you can disable completely by using this plugin..
This plugin will work with WooCommerce since it hooks up to the configuration of WooCommerce.
Download the archive and unzip it in wp-content plugins upload the archive at Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin or install from Plugins > Add New > Search for the plugin like in the search bar..
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
Update the plugin settings in WooCommerce settings WooCommerce > Settings > SKU settings pages....

Hello I need SKUs to be removed for customer profile but to show on wholesale profile.
I thought didnt work but then saw that one needs to disable SKU function WooCommerce settings.
