When the backup was finished, I clicked the download icon, it opened into new page with lot of programming characters..
The browser was cycling which says it's still working on the page.
Then after couple of minutes, the page went blank and spinning icon in the middle and that stayed like that.
Reading the documentation, apparently, this plugin has problems with some servers to gain access to download the backup, so this is why it had blank page that went no where..
Their rationale is for us to use FTP to download the backup — HENCE the lack of user friendly plugin..
lot of people are not tech savvy to setup FTP and if plugin is not user friendly, then it's useless..
Other plugins had no problem connecting to the server folders to download, why such issue with yours..
The source windows archive program 7-ZIP reads the format, but shows nothing in the archive, yet the archive has size of over 165mb.
So where are the rest of the folders and files. hence proprietary, only this plugin can read and use the archive..
Deleted plugin, not worth the time...
