This is not hard plugin to add comment bubble tally to each post champion.
Add this feature to blog post champions by displaying the total tally of the comments for that post.
Not every topic has this feature included default here is the cheapest way to do it.
The Plugin can be installed directly from WordPress Plugin page.
Enter WordPress Comment Bubble without quotes in the textbox and double-click the Search Plugins..
In the list of related Plugins double-click Install link on the center hand side of the page..
Click Install Now button on the popup window..
Click Activate Plugin to finish installation..
Activate the plugin through the Plugins in WordPress.
Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....
