This plugin allow admin to add custom fields in comment area.
Front end comment form with additional fields - PRO Fields.
Upload plugin directory to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
I name the accuracy it give me in adding field s in the comment.
Created lots of PHP error warning messages in the area.
