Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard.
Extract the directory to your computer. Upload the directory to the wp-content plugins directory.
Only one thing I want to be corrected when mobile screen the sticky top doesn't stay sticked on the top it is bit changeed back the screen.
For free plugin the users should be commended for not using obvious nag screens or roof messages. just few links to page and system channels.
I install it and allow me to clear the message on it it worked in all my pages page.
