In Media -> Media Instagram menu you can see your Instagram images..
Only one step is needed 1.- Select the images you can upload and click.
That is all in your WordPress Media already are the images available..

Unzip the archive and put the folder into your plugins folder ..
Activate the plugin from the Plugins menu...
