You can create Article in Zendesk and say WordPress to sync this article content from WordPress post page..
Each time you update this WordPress's page post it automatically update the article in Zendesk...
Get Zendesk API key and reply the plugin..
Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins wp to zendesk directory or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress.
Use Settings->General Page to configure the plugin...
