Create and stick note to any page on any position.

For example if there is bug or is required to change something administrator can create note and stick on exact location where the issue is and developer can see the note..

WP Sticky Notes in the sidebar of admin interface, I was getting error due to this line in plugin php require once.
it's probably not the best fix, I used similar line from later in the file, and repaired this include of admin main php like this require once.
Maybe even in my hosting, rather than problem with WordPress and theme updates..
