Once subscriber starts follow the author, he will get notified all new post of author by email..
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress...
Plugin will find the author link and display the card.

Just installed this plugin to my site and liek that it works out of the box without lot of adjustments to be made.
The subscription form will become viewable when the reader clicks on the author's name there appears to be no indication that readers can subscribe, though...
