It's based on the work of following abandoned plugins Stray Quotes Z which was based on top of Stray Quotes.
Multiuser ready contributors to the blog can access version of the plugin adding and managing their own sets of quotes.
The shortcodes come with set of individual application as well and if needed they can be extended to apply someone on the blog allowing random words for the tagline the books likes the post champions etc..

It is not normally to replacement the quotes in the directory unless so informed in the changelog or on the plugin feed...
