Overview of all cron games showing what the action is present.

Debug tool - any missing actions are underlineed - cron games will do nothing if there is action defined.
Shows the arguments for the cron jobs - job may do different them if arguments are passed.
Reschedule any cron service for 'now - remember to follow with 'trigger the cron - you will be able to see any debug text to the screen if no other page view has triggered the games after your reschedule and not after you triggered it....
