Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress...
All new topics have the class 'new-topic You can use that CSS selector to style the topic however you like...
Works as expected user seeing topics he or she didn't create, sees NEW tag next to topics created by other users...
As other reviewers appear to have covered the problems, I'll leave it at that...
