Blocks lets you create your own reusable blocks of content where you can use shortcodes to yank code snippets HTML like forms iframes etc and control formatting..
Multilingual Block Widget. that extends Block Widget. to work in terms with WPML requires WPML plugin and Block Type Translation enabled..
Either use the manual plugin Plugins Add New or Unzip the file and upload the folder to your wp-content plugins directory..
Visit the Blocks settings page Blocks -> Settings to configure features and options..
Visit the Blocks page Blocks to add or edit Content Blocks..
Insert the Block into pages or posts by inserting the shortcode where xx is ID of the Block..
Insert the Block into widget areas by inserting Block Widget or Multilingual Block Widget WPML is installed and configured to annotate blocks...
One feature I will love to see added though is button for tinyMCE for inserting the shortcode.
Would make the plugin much for your users to use they aren't going to remember how to automatically type out the shortcode with the ID..
