This plugin detects Internet Explorer, 7 and 8..
If the plugin detects one of these browsers, the visitor see in the top of your message it says, that he is using version of Internet explorer and this is dangerous.
And it says, that it's recommended, to install Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 9..
After the visitor has seen the message, it disappears for 6 hours for IE6 and IE7 and for 3 days for IE8 ..
