On the right side of Toolbar the plugin icon button should appear ( if not, read the section below.
Click the button and the sidebar will appear on the right side..
In the sidebar, below the image, palette should appear based on the colors of the image..
Log in to WordPress admin and navigate to Plugins > Add New..
In Image Color Palette plugin should appear, click Install Now button..
Unzip the file and copy the folder image-color-palette to WordPress plugins directory..
Image Color Palette should appear in the list of plugins, click Activate link..
Alternatively the Plugin can be opened from the More button ..
Click the More and inside the list click on the plugin name.
