Excited to have another option for WordPress IDX plugins I have it installed on several blogs, just waiting for authorization tokens from Inside Real Estate to incorporate property listings and search results into pages and posts.
The biggest challenge in both of their plugins and connected IDX solutions is they can never have fully integrated user experience for online estate shoppers.
The blog display of IDX, IDX website, the app with IDX and CRM that the agent is using do not have synchronized communication.
At best, Wolfnet and IDXBroker can do 1-time push of lead data to CRM.
In other words, as your leads change their buyer search behavior and preferences on your kvCORE website, or on the mobile phone app, or from IDX pages of your custom blog with kvCORE plugin the new search criteria are recorded in CRM and kvCORE will update search alerts on autopilot.
Artificial intelligence is best when 58% of ALL buyers are using the app that has connected all the pieces.
Boomtown and CINC have AI and the app but do not have WordPress plugin for bloggers that are tired of using widgets and hyperlinks back to IDX website.
Your personal brand matters your clients want you and it never hurts to show your internet leads that you are real person and not just Realtor with great follow up but someone.
I do not expect kvCORE 1.0 plugin to be perfect once Inside Real Estate unlocks the tokens for kvCORE clients.
As developers we can work with IDX plugin and provide forum here on WordPress org directory to help our community of fellow blog developers and estate agent bloggers.
