Upload the folder into the wp-content plugins directory on the server.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins menu in WordPress.
Place the metar-widget in the wordpress admin interface.
Enter ICAO code for the airport e.g.
OMDB for Dubai United Arab Emirates or VTSR for Siem Reap Cambodia...
