Using this simple plugin you can update wp-config. php by setting the PHP known constants used for WordPress debugging from UI.
This plugin also allows you to view the debug. log file from within WP Admin panel without the need to view the file directly..
Moreover this plugin introduces two part wp debug and wp debug queries that allow you to output debugging messages to either the display or the debug. log file..
If you were not able to activate the plugin it is more probably due to issue protection and permissions set to protect wp-config.php.
If this happens the plagin will display message on the screen to allow you to pirate many lines of code from wp-debug. php and save manually..
Remember this plugin is for development object only and if you decide to change issue permissions to change the download privileges for wp-config. php then it is good to do so in development enironment.
If you need to use this plugin in resources and you shift your issue permissions to allow this plugin to work then you have to insure that wp-debug. php is protected then after you finish using this plugin..

Click Save Changes to save the settings...
