This plugin does 2 things only when ' Gutenberg is active..
Adding 'Classic Editor under 'Add New in post php screen..
Adding 'Add new link to admin menu...
I wish that this plugin would be merged to Gutenberg itself...
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through the Plugins WordPress...
