After installing the plugin you can go from Settings to General option and then scroll and then you can see the text fields and then put your Skype ID.
Then you will visit your website at the bottom right side of your website.
You can see the menu then sign in and chat.
Upload the entire skype-intergrate folder to the wp-content plugins directory...
Activate the plugin through �Plugins� WordPress...
