This was the second plugin I tried tonight for this purpose.
MouseWheel Smooth Scroll. had major problems in Safari ( it caused my website to scroll sideways somehow )..
This plugin worked nicely in Chrome , and in Safari it has no effect ( by design ).
The animation was definitely malfunctioning.
For all I know this has to do with faults in IE. but none the less I couldn't use this plugin for this reason..
