This plugin provides easy way to send to twitter every new post you make on your site using the codebird auth library..
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Use Settings->Plugin Name screen to configure the plugin.
Don't forget to write down the twitter options before activating the plugin...
