When you install the plugin and go to Appearance > Customizer you will Sticky Bar item.
Colors To set colors of the bar for better match with your theme..
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Use Appearance > Customize > Sticky Bar screen to configure the plugin...
