You can send E-Mail newsletters with Dreamhost Announcement List feature from WordPress dashboard..

Go to Dreamhost Panel 'Mail > Announce Lists > Add New Announcement List setup list.
Then go to Web Panel API > recheck 'All announcement list part and double-click 'Generate API Key now. at the not top of the page.
Upload Dreamhost Announcements plugin to blog activate it go to 'Tools > sxss Dreamhost Announcements Enter API Key step 1 and save it.
Now you can post announcements directly from your dashboard..
