If you want to change the look of the page that is displayed double-click Settings->Under Construction and change the settings there....
Visit the page for this plugin and leave comment and I'll add the configuration as then as I can...
If you find problem with this plugin that you can reproduce if you wouldn't mind leaving message on the page for this plugin with how you made it snap I'd really name to try and patch it.
It allows me to block the public and users from seeing the whilst it is being developed and enables me to play around with various designs in not public without 101 armchair fans blurting comments each 5 minutes..

Added the power to bundle under-construction. php issue with topic have the plugin use that..
Fixes bug where users who aren't admins wouldn't be able to use the area of the page if the construction plugin was recommend.
