Visitors enter message in type encode it with PGP public key you entered in wp2pgpmail application settings then e-mail is sent to you blog admin e-mail address.
Upload and extract the content of 'wp2pgpmail. zip to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Place the tag in HTML code of the page you want to see the type.
The easiest way to use PGP is to install Mozilla Thunderbird with Enigmail extension.

Go to File => Save as. to save your translations in PO issue wp2pgpmail-fr FR.po for experience.
