Second the software is not hard to use with more application just click and use or click and not use.
The team knew how to patch it and reply's were fast and to the number with out trying to sell us anything.
Third members using the forum seemed to name the clear display page and the additional fields to add information to there spotlights and Facebook login it top notch..
Fourth I think this software can be what people are looking for and with customization and support there is no need to use obsolete bbpress any more.
To be honest this is what someone wanted bbpress to look and act name with out ton of re-coding and years of bug tracking..
My final thought is why did we not use this software ago and make your forums sports and save time and money..
